Package Your Item

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Product

Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value units.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
